As a Chief Digital Officer, with previously held positions such as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, and Senior Vice President, he has a strong track record in strategic planning, having developed and executed the digital media business line’s strategic plan, including setting company-wide objectives, defining KPIs, strategic planning, and aligning resources to achieve business goals. In addition, Mark has a proven ability to manage financial performance, having successfully managed a multi-million dollar P&L, while aligning synergies across business lines.

His experience in cross-functional leadership has prepared him to manage stakeholders, build consensus, and drive results through collaboration. Mark is also experienced in operational excellence, including process improvement, performance management, risk mitigation, and compliance. In addition, Mark has strong financial management skills, having worked closely with finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting, and regularly reviewing financial statements to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for cost optimization. Mark has developed and implemented financial reporting systems that enable him to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions, which allowed him to adjust business strategies and achieve financial targets.

Finally, Mark has extensive experience in change management, including identifying and prioritizing opportunities, creating buy-in, and leading transformational initiatives. This experience has allowed him to successfully navigate complex business environments and drive strategic initiatives that deliver meaningful results.
